11月22日晚，第六届HIPDS医疗创新卓越奖颁奖典礼在香港会议展览中心大会堂隆重举行。来自亚太地区18个国家和地区的600余位医学界人士出席了典礼，共同见证了本年度医疗创新领域最高荣誉的揭晓。
本届卓越奖共收到来自18个国家和地区的400余份申请，其中312份通过形式审查成为有效申请，较去年增长18%，创历届新高。经过严格的三轮评审，最终42位获奖者从激烈竞争中脱颖而出。其中临床创新奖12项、转化医学奖10项、公共卫生贡献奖7项、护理与康复创新奖5项、青年医疗创新奖8项。
颁奖典礼的焦点是临床创新奖一等奖的揭晓。该奖项授予了来自中国内地某三甲医院的王教授团队，获奖项目为"基于人工智能的早期肺癌筛查辅助诊断系统"。该系统在一项纳入12000余例的多中心临床验证中，展现出94.7%的诊断准确率、92.3%的灵敏度和96.1%的特异度。目前该系统已在中国内地3家三甲医院和香港1家公立医院完成部署试用。
转化医学奖一等奖颁给了一个中日联合研究团队，其在新型纳米药物递送系统的临床转化方面取得了突破性进展，成功将一种靶向肝癌的纳米载药平台从实验室推进到II期临床试验阶段。
公共卫生贡献奖特别奖授予了马来西亚一家公共卫生机构，表彰其在东南亚登革热疫情监测和预警体系建设方面做出的杰出贡献。该机构与HIPDS合作开发的大数据预警平台已覆盖三个东南亚国家的86个监测点。
护理与康复创新奖获奖项目中，一项由澳大利亚护理团队开发的"基于物联网的术后患者远程康复管理系统"引人注目。该系统通过可穿戴设备实时监测患者康复指标，使关节置换术后患者的平均康复时间缩短了22%。
青年医疗创新奖方面，本届最年轻的获奖者年仅29岁，是来自韩国首尔国立大学医院的住院医师，其在利用类器官技术进行抗肿瘤药物敏感性预测方面的研究展现了卓越的创新能力。
颁奖典礼同期举办了获奖成果展览，42个获奖项目通过展板、实物和多媒体等形式向来宾展示了各自的创新亮点和应用价值。展览持续两天，吸引了超过800人次参观。
HIPDS执行委员会主席在典礼致辞中表示，卓越奖已成为亚太医学界具有广泛影响力的学术荣誉品牌。学会将继续坚持高标准、严评审的原则，让卓越奖真正成为推动医疗创新的重要力量。
On the evening of November 22, the 6th HIPDS Healthcare Innovation Excellence Award Ceremony was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. More than 600 medical professionals from 18 countries and regions across the Asia-Pacific attended the ceremony and witnessed the announcement of this year's major honors in healthcare innovation.
The 2025 awards received more than 400 applications from 18 countries and regions, of which 312 passed eligibility screening as valid submissions, an 18 percent increase over the previous year and the highest number to date. After three rigorous rounds of review, 42 winners were selected, including recipients in clinical innovation, translational medicine, public health contribution, nursing and rehabilitation innovation, and young healthcare innovation.
A highlight of the ceremony was the announcement of the first prize in the Clinical Innovation category. The winning project used artificial intelligence to support early lung cancer screening and showed strong diagnostic performance in a multicenter clinical validation study involving more than 12,000 cases.
The ceremony also recognized a joint China-Japan research team for progress in the clinical translation of a novel nano-drug delivery system. HIPDS stated that it will continue to improve the award review mechanism and promote high-quality healthcare innovations with clear clinical value.
