HIPDS实行三级会员制度，面向全球医学专业人士开放申请。学会根据申请人的学历背景、从业经验、学术成果及行业贡献等维度进行综合评定，设立普通会员（Associate Member）、资深会员（Senior Member）和荣誉会员（Honorary Fellow）三个级别。
HIPDS operates a three-tier membership system open to medical professionals worldwide. Applicants are evaluated comprehensively across dimensions including academic background, professional experience, scholarly achievements, and industry contributions, with membership awarded at three levels: Associate Member, Senior Member, and Honorary Fellow.
每一级别均对应差异化的准入条件与会员权益，旨在为不同职业发展阶段的医学专业人士提供精准匹配的学术支持与资源服务。所有会员证书均可在线查询验证，确保认证的权威性与公信力。
Each tier is associated with differentiated admission criteria and member benefits, designed to provide precisely tailored academic support and resource services for medical professionals at various stages of their careers. All membership certificates are verifiable online to ensure the authority and credibility of the accreditation.

A Standardised Review Process to Ensure Fairness and Transparency
登录HIPDS官网，填写会员申请表并上传相关证明材料。
Log in to the HIPDS official website, complete the membership application form, and upload the required supporting documents.
运营中心秘书处对申请材料进行完整性与合规性审查，通常在5个工作日内完成。
The Operations Centre Secretariat conducts a completeness and compliance review of all submitted materials, typically completed within five working days.
会员服务部会同相关专业委员会，对申请人的学术背景、专业资质及推荐函进行综合评定。
The Membership Services Department, together with the relevant professional committee, conducts a comprehensive assessment of the applicant's academic background, professional qualifications, and letters of recommendation.
评审结果将通过电子邮件通知申请人，整个审核周期约为15-20个工作日。
The review outcome will be communicated to the applicant by email. The entire review cycle takes approximately 15–20 working days.
审核通过并完成入会确认后，学会将颁发电子版及实体版会员证书，并开通相应会员权限。
After approval and membership confirmation, the Society will issue both a digital and a physical membership certificate, and the relevant member privileges will be activated.
