HIPDS医疗创新卓越奖评审工作由学会学术评审委员会统筹，年度奖项评审小组具体执行。评审以申报材料、成果证据、同行意见和必要的答辩材料为依据，关注医疗创新成果的科学性、实践价值和可持续影响。
The HIPDS Excellence Award for Healthcare Innovation is overseen by the Society's Academic Review Committee and implemented by the annual awards review panel. Review decisions are based on submitted materials, supporting evidence, peer input, and presentation materials where required, with emphasis on scientific soundness, practical value, and sustainable impact.
评审不以申报人所在机构、职务头衔或既有声誉作为单一判断依据。涉及利益关系、伦理合规或学术诚信疑问的事项，将按程序进行回避、复核或补充说明，确保评审过程公正、透明、可追溯。
The review does not rely solely on an applicant's institution, position, or existing reputation. Matters involving conflicts of interest, ethical compliance, or academic integrity are handled through recusal, verification, or supplementary clarification procedures to keep the process fair, transparent, and traceable.
