医疗创新与实践发展学会（以下简称"HIPDS"或"学会"或"我们"）高度重视用户隐私保护。本隐私政策旨在向您说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护您的个人信息，以及您享有的相关权利。请您在使用学会服务前仔细阅读本政策。

The Healthcare Innovation and Practice Development Society (hereinafter referred to as "HIPDS", "the Society", or "we") places the highest importance on the protection of user privacy. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you are entitled to. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Society's services.

• 学术活动报名：Academic Activity Registration: 当您报名参加学会组织的学术活动时，我们会收集您的姓名、联系方式、所在机构及与活动相关的必要信息。When you register for an academic activity organised by the Society, we collect your name, contact details, affiliated institution, and any other information necessary for the activity.
• 课题研究申请：Research Project Application: 当您提交课题立项申请时，我们会收集课题相关的学术信息及研究团队成员的基本信息。When you submit a research project application, we collect the academic information related to the project and the basic information of the research team members.
• 在线留言与咨询：Online Messages and Enquiries: 当您通过网站表单提交留言或咨询时，我们会收集您提供的姓名、邮箱、电话及留言内容。When you submit a message or enquiry via the website form, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, and message content you provide.
• 网站浏览信息：Website Browsing Information: 当您访问学会网站时，我们可能自动收集您的IP地址、浏览器类型、访问时间、浏览页面等技术信息。When you visit the Society's website, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, access time, and pages visited.

七、未成年人保护7. Protection of Minors

HIPDS的服务面向医学专业人士，不针对18周岁以下的未成年人。我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。如果我们发现无意中收集了未成年人的信息，将立即采取措施予以删除。如您是未成年人的监护人，且发现您的孩子向我们提供了个人信息，请及时与我们联系。

HIPDS' services are intended for medical professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete it. If you are the guardian of a minor and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us promptly.

八、政策更新8. Policy Updates

我们可能会根据业务发展、法律法规变化或服务调整的需要，不时修订本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在学会网站上公布，并注明最新修订日期。对于重大变更，我们会通过网站公告或邮件通知等方式提醒您关注。我们建议您定期查阅本政策，以了解我们最新的隐私保护措施。

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to business developments, changes in laws and regulations, or adjustments to our services. The updated Policy will be published on the Society's website with the latest revision date noted. For material changes, we will notify you through website announcements or email notices. We recommend that you review this Policy periodically to stay informed of our latest privacy protection measures.
