HIPDS has consistently regarded the professional advancement of its members as one of the society's core missions. Since its founding, we have carefully developed a multi-tiered, multi-dimensional professional training and development framework designed to help medical professionals stay abreast of cutting-edge developments, enhance clinical practice competencies, broaden academic horizons, and achieve sustained career growth.
学会的培训体系涵盖线下学术会议与线上数字化学习两大板块，以"理论与实践并重、前沿与应用兼顾"为设计理念。所有培训活动均配套学会继续教育学分认证，会员可通过参加不同层级的培训活动累积学分，满足年度继续教育要求。截至目前，学会已累计举办各类培训活动260余场，累计参训会员超过12000人次，会员满意度始终保持在95%以上。
The society's training framework encompasses both in-person academic conferences and online digital learning, guided by the principle of "balancing theory with practice, and integrating cutting-edge knowledge with real-world application." All training activities are accompanied by the society's Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit certification. Members may accumulate credits by participating in activities across different tiers to fulfill annual continuing education requirements. To date, the society has organized over 260 training events, with more than 12,000 member attendances recorded and a member satisfaction rate consistently exceeding 95%.

会员可通过学会官网"会员中心"实时查看个人学分累积情况。每年度结束后，学会将在次年1月底前完成上一年度的学分核算并通知各会员。
Members may view their accumulated CME credits in real time through the "Member Center" on the society's official website. Following the conclusion of each calendar year, the society will complete the credit calculation for the preceding year and notify all members by the end of January of the following year.

The society's independently developed online learning platform aggregates a rich collection of professional learning resources, offering members a flexible and convenient digital learning experience. Platform content includes full recordings of past summit forums and seminars, thematic course series, a clinical case teaching library, and academic writing guidance modules. All registered members have free access to platform resources and may arrange their own learning schedules.
平台支持PC端和移动端访问，会员可利用碎片化时间进行学习。完成指定课程的学习并通过在线测评后，系统将自动计入相应继续教育学分，实现"学习-考核-认证"的全流程数字化管理。
The platform supports access via both PC and mobile devices, enabling members to make use of spare moments for learning. Upon completing designated courses and passing online assessments, the system automatically records the corresponding Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, achieving fully integrated digital management of the "learning–assessment–certification" workflow.
