Applying for HIPDS membership requires meeting the eligibility criteria for the relevant membership tier. Please visit the "Membership" page for detailed information on membership categories and the application process. Complete the online application form and submit the required supporting documents. The Society will complete its review within 15 business days of receiving your application.
HIPDS的学术评审采用"双盲+公开答辩"的复合评审模式。申请人提交材料后，由评审委员会进行初审、专家匿名评审、申请人答辩、终审投票四个环节。全过程严格遵循学术伦理规范，确保评审结果的客观性和公正性。
HIPDS' academic review employs a combined "double-blind plus open defence" evaluation model. After applicants submit their materials, the process proceeds through four stages: preliminary review by the Review Committee, anonymous expert review, applicant defence, and final voting. The entire process strictly adheres to academic ethics standards to ensure objectivity and impartiality.
课题研究项目每年开放两轮立项申请（通常为3月和9月）。申请人需为HIPDS正式会员，提交课题申请书、研究方案、预算说明等材料。学会学术委员会将对申请进行评审，择优立项并提供研究经费和学术支持。
Research project applications are open for two rounds each year (typically in March and September). Applicants must be full HIPDS members and are required to submit a project proposal, research plan, and budget statement. The Society's Academic Committee will review all applications and select projects for approval, providing research funding and academic support to successful applicants.
HIPDS会员可通过参加学会组织的学术活动、完成在线课程、发表学术论文、参与课题研究等多种途径获取继续教育学分。学分在会员个人账户中自动记录，可在线查询和下载学分证明。学会的学分认证体系已与多个国家的继续教育要求对接。
HIPDS members may earn continuing education credits through a variety of pathways, including attending Society-organised academic activities, completing online courses, publishing academic papers, and participating in research projects. Credits are automatically recorded in each member's personal account and can be viewed and downloaded online. The Society's credit certification system has been aligned with continuing education requirements in multiple countries.
