1月15日，医疗创新与实践发展学会（HIPDS）正式发布了2025年度工作总结和2026年工作规划报告。报告全面回顾了学会在过去一年中取得的主要成绩，并就2026年的重点工作方向做出了系统部署。
在会员发展方面，2025年是学会会员增长最快的一年。全年新增会员879人，会员总数于6月底正式突破3000人大关，达到3067人，分布在亚太地区23个国家和地区的450余家医疗和研究机构。其中，资深会员占比约35%，荣誉会员总数达到45人。从地域分布看，中国内地会员占比最高约42%，其次是东南亚地区28%、香港和澳门15%和其他地区15%。
在学术评审方面，2025年学会累计完成学术评审287项，同比增长23%。其中临床研究论文评审128项、临床案例评审67项、技术创新评审52项、转化成果评审40项。评审通过率为72%，较上年下降3个百分点，反映了学会持续提升评审标准的决心。
在课题研究方面，2025年共新增立项18个课题，累计在研课题86个。全年有7个课题顺利结题，其中4个课题的成果已进入临床验证或应用阶段。学会课题研究成果的整体临床转化率达到35%，继续保持行业领先水平。
在学术交流方面，2025年学会共举办各类学术活动27场，包括1场年度高峰论坛、4场季度研讨会、12场月度沙龙和10场专题工作坊。全年累计参会人数超过5000人次。继续教育学分认证体系运行良好，超过1800名会员通过学会平台获取了继续教育学分。
在国际合作方面，学会与马来西亚医学研究院深化了战略合作关系，与澳大利亚墨尔本大学公共卫生学院达成合作意向，同时积极拓展与日本、韩国和新加坡医学机构的联系。
关于2026年工作规划，报告提出了四项重点工作：第一，深化国际合作——计划与新加坡、日本和韩国的知名医学机构建立正式合作关系。第二，完善在线学术资源平台——投入建设学会学术资源库2.0版本。第三，启动青年人才培养计划——设立"HIPDS青年学者培育基金"。第四，筹备学会成立十周年系列活动。
执行委员会表示，HIPDS将继续坚持"创新驱动、实践导向"的发展理念，不断提升服务质量和学术影响力。
On January 15, the Healthcare Innovation and Practice Development Society (HIPDS) released its 2025 annual work summary and 2026 work plan. The report reviews the Society's major achievements over the past year and sets out systematic priorities for 2026.
In membership development, 2025 was the fastest growth year since the founding of HIPDS. A total of 879 new members joined during the year, bringing total membership to 3,067 by the end of June. Members now come from more than 450 medical and research institutions across 23 countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific.
In academic review, HIPDS completed 287 review projects in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 23 percent. These included reviews of clinical research papers, clinical cases, technical innovations, and translational outcomes. The overall approval rate was 72 percent, reflecting the Society's continued commitment to rigorous academic standards.
In research project development, 18 new projects were approved in 2025, and 86 projects were under active research. Seven projects were completed during the year, and four have entered clinical validation or application. In 2026, HIPDS will continue to strengthen member services, research support, academic review, and international exchange.
