2月20日，HIPDS第12期临床转化医学研讨会以线上线下结合的方式成功举办。本期研讨会以"精准肿瘤学：从基因组到临床决策"为主题，邀请了来自中国、日本、澳大利亚和韩国的六位知名肿瘤学专家进行专题报告和深入讨论，吸引了380余位医学专业人士通过线下和线上渠道参会。
研讨会上午场设置了三场主旨报告。首位报告人是来自香港大学医学院肿瘤科的教授，其团队在液体活检技术用于早期肺癌筛查方面取得了重要突破。报告详细介绍了基于循环肿瘤DNA（ctDNA）甲基化特征的早期肺癌检测方法，该方法在一项涉及5000名高危人群的前瞻性研究中展现出91.3%的灵敏度和94.8%的特异度，较传统低剂量CT筛查在特异度方面有显著提升。这一成果引发了与会者的热烈讨论，多位参会专家就样本保存条件、多中心验证方案和成本控制策略等问题与报告人进行了深入交流。
第二位报告人来自日本东京大学医学部，分享了其团队在肿瘤免疫微环境时空组学分析方面的最新进展。通过整合单细胞RNA测序、空间转录组学和多重免疫荧光染色等多组学技术，该团队建立了一套肿瘤免疫微环境的高精度图谱绘制方法，能够精准预测免疫检查点抑制剂的治疗反应，准确率达到83%。
第三位报告人是来自韩国首尔国立大学医院的肿瘤外科专家，报告了机器人辅助微创手术在消化道肿瘤治疗中的最新临床数据。一项纳入1200例患者的回顾性分析显示，机器人辅助手术组在手术精度、术后并发症率和患者恢复速度方面均优于传统腹腔镜手术组。
下午场是三场专题分享和圆桌讨论环节。来自澳大利亚彼得麦卡勒姆癌症中心的研究员介绍了基于人工智能的病理图像分析在乳腺癌分子分型中的应用进展。来自中国中山大学肿瘤防治中心的教授分享了鼻咽癌精准放疗的中国经验。最后一位分享者来自日本国立癌症研究中心，介绍了新一代抗体偶联药物在晚期胃癌治疗中的最新临床试验结果。
圆桌讨论环节由HIPDS学术评审委员会副主任委员主持，六位专家围绕"精准肿瘤学的临床转化瓶颈与突破路径"展开了深入讨论。与会专家普遍认为，精准肿瘤学面临的最大挑战不在于技术本身，而在于如何建立标准化的临床验证流程和可持续的推广应用模式。
HIPDS学术事务部负责人表示，精准肿瘤学是学会重点关注的前沿方向之一，学会目前已有12个在研课题涉及肿瘤相关领域。2026年下半年，学会还将举办一场专门聚焦肿瘤免疫治疗的专题研讨会。
On February 20, the 12th HIPDS Clinical Translational Medicine Seminar was successfully held in a hybrid format. With the theme Precision Oncology: From Genomics to Clinical Decision-Making, the seminar invited six leading oncology experts from China, Japan, Australia, and Korea to deliver presentations and join in-depth discussions.
The morning session featured three keynote reports. The first report introduced important progress in applying liquid biopsy technology to early lung cancer screening. The presentation explained a detection method based on methylation features of circulating tumor DNA and shared data from a prospective study of 5,000 high-risk participants, drawing close attention from attendees.
The second keynote speaker shared new progress in spatial omics analysis of the tumor immune microenvironment. By integrating single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and multiplex immunofluorescence, the research team has developed a high-resolution mapping method that may improve prediction of response to immune checkpoint inhibitors.
The afternoon session focused on clinical implementation. Experts discussed how precision oncology can move from laboratory results to treatment decisions, covering molecular testing standards, data interpretation, multidisciplinary consultation, and patient follow-up. HIPDS will continue to organize translational medicine seminars to help members connect frontier research with practical clinical application.
