3月18日上午，医疗创新与实践发展学会（HIPDS）与新加坡国立大学杨潞龄医学院在香港总部正式签署战略合作协议。双方将在临床研究合作、学者互访、研究生联合培养和学术资源共享等方面开展为期五年的深入合作。
签约仪式在HIPDS香港总部会议厅举行，HIPDS执行委员会主席及运营中心核心团队、新加坡国立大学杨潞龄医学院副院长率领的五人代表团共同出席。仪式由HIPDS秘书长主持，双方在友好而务实的氛围中完成了协议签署。
根据协议内容，双方合作将涵盖四大领域：第一，临床研究合作——双方将围绕精准医疗、热带传染病防控和医疗人工智能三个优先方向，联合申报和实施课题研究项目，共享研究数据和成果。第二，学者互访计划——每年互派3-5名资深学者进行为期一至三个月的访问研究，促进学术思想碰撞和研究方法交流。第三，研究生联合培养——HIPDS将为新加坡国立大学医学院推荐的优秀研究生提供临床实践基地和课题参与机会。第四，学术资源共享——双方的学术期刊、数据库和在线课程资源将实现互通互享。
HIPDS执行委员会主席在致辞中表示，此次与新加坡国立大学医学院建立战略合作关系，是学会国际化发展战略的重要里程碑。新加坡国立大学医学院作为亚洲顶尖的医学教育和研究机构，在生物医学研究、临床医学教育和医疗技术创新等方面有着卓越的学术声誉和丰富的资源积累。双方的合作将产生显著的协同效应，为亚太地区医疗创新和人才培养注入新的动力。
新加坡国立大学杨潞龄医学院副院长表示，非常欣赏HIPDS在推动医学研究成果临床转化方面的独特理念和显著成效。学会35%的课题转化率令人印象深刻，这种"转化导向"的研究管理模式值得学习和借鉴。此次合作不仅能拓展双方的学术网络，更重要的是能够为两地的青年医学研究者创造更多的成长机会和发展平台。
签约仪式后，新加坡代表团参观了HIPDS香港总部办公区域和学术交流空间，并与学会学术事务部、会员服务部的同事进行了业务对接。双方还就2026年度首批联合课题研究计划进行了初步讨论，初步确定了三个候选课题方向：东南亚地区登革热和寨卡病毒的联合监测与预警系统优化、基于多中心数据的亚洲人群肺癌早期筛查AI模型改进、以及热带地区常见寄生虫病的新型快速诊断技术开发。首批合作课题预计将于2026年下半年正式启动，学会医学研究与发展中心（MRDC）将负责项目的统筹协调和管理。
据了解，这是HIPDS在2026年签署的第二份国际合作协议。此前，学会已于今年1月与澳大利亚墨尔本大学公共卫生学院达成了在公共卫生数据科学领域的合作意向。学会国际合作委员会透露，2026年还计划与日本和韩国的知名医学机构建立合作关系，进一步完善学会在亚太地区的学术合作网络。
On the morning of March 18, the Healthcare Innovation and Practice Development Society (HIPDS) and NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the HIPDS Hong Kong headquarters. The two parties will carry out five years of in-depth cooperation in clinical research, scholar visits, joint graduate training, and academic resource sharing.
The signing ceremony was held in the conference hall of the HIPDS Hong Kong headquarters. Representatives from the HIPDS Executive Committee and operations center joined a five-member delegation led by a vice dean of NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. The ceremony was chaired by the HIPDS Secretary-General and completed in a constructive and friendly atmosphere.
Under the agreement, cooperation will focus on four areas. First, the parties will jointly apply for and implement research projects in precision medicine, tropical infectious disease prevention and control, and medical artificial intelligence, with shared research data and outcomes. Second, the scholar exchange program will support three to five senior scholars from each side every year for one to three months of visiting research. Third, HIPDS will provide clinical practice bases and research participation opportunities for outstanding graduate students recommended by NUS. Fourth, both sides will share academic journals, databases, and online course resources.
The Chair of the HIPDS Executive Committee said that the partnership with NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine is an important step in expanding the Society's international academic network. HIPDS will use this cooperation to accelerate the translation of research achievements into clinical practice and to provide members with broader international development opportunities.
