根据HIPDS课题研究项目年度安排，2026年度第二轮课题申报时间为2026年7月1日至7月31日。请符合条件的申请人结合研究方向和实际基础准备申报材料，并在申报期内完成提交。
一、申报内容
申报项目应围绕医疗创新、临床实践改进、研究方法、医疗技术应用或成果转化等方向，明确研究背景、拟解决问题、研究目标、实施方案、预期成果和时间安排。
二、材料要求
申请材料应真实、完整，研究内容应具有明确边界和实施基础。涉及人体研究、个人信息或医疗数据的项目，应说明伦理审查、知情同意和数据保护安排。已有相关批准或证明材料的，可随申报资料一并提交。
三、申报与评审
申请人应通过HIPDS网站公布的渠道提交课题申报材料。申报期结束后，学会将按照研究价值、方案质量、可实施性和合规性等方面组织评审，预计于2026年9月公布评审结果。
逾期材料将顺延至下一轮申报安排。
According to the annual HIPDS research project schedule, the second round of 2026 applications is open from July 1 to July 31, 2026. Eligible applicants should prepare materials based on their research direction and practical foundation and complete submission within the application period.
1. Application Scope
Projects may address healthcare innovation, improvement of clinical practice, research methods, application of medical technologies, or translation of outcomes. Applications should clearly describe the background, problem, objectives, implementation plan, expected outcomes, and timeline.
2. Material Requirements
Application materials must be accurate and complete, with a clearly defined scope and feasible foundation. Projects involving human participants, personal information, or healthcare data should explain arrangements for ethics review, informed consent, and data protection. Relevant approvals or supporting documents may be submitted where available.
3. Submission and Review
Applicants should submit project materials through channels published on the HIPDS website. After the application period, projects will be reviewed for research value, study quality, feasibility, and compliance. Review results are expected to be announced in September 2026.
Materials received after the deadline will be carried forward to the next application round.
