申请人应使用真实姓名填写基本资料、专业背景和联系方式。中文姓名、英文姓名及相关专业信息应保持一致；暂不适用的项目可以留空，不应为追求完整而填写不准确的信息。
二、提交清晰有效的证明材料
请根据申请页面要求上传能够证明专业身份或相关经历的材料。文件内容应完整、清晰并处于有效状态，涉及个人敏感信息的部分可在不影响审核判断的前提下适当遮挡。
三、及时核对和补充
提交前请检查信息是否完整、文件是否可以正常打开。需要补充材料时，请按照通知及时更新；申请进度和审核结果以学会发出的通知为准。

To improve the completeness of membership applications and the efficiency of review, applicants are requested to follow the requirements below.
1. Provide Accurate Application Information
Applicants should use their legal name and provide accurate background and contact information. Chinese and English names and professional information should remain consistent. Fields that do not apply may be left blank rather than completed with inaccurate information.
2. Submit Clear and Valid Supporting Documents
Please upload documents that verify professional identity or relevant experience as required on the application page. Files should be complete, legible, and valid. Sensitive personal information may be appropriately redacted when this does not prevent the review from being completed.
3. Review and Supplement Materials Promptly
Before submission, confirm that the information is complete and all files can be opened. If additional information is requested, please update the application promptly. Application progress and review results are subject to notices issued by HIPDS.
