6月30日,医疗创新与实践发展学会(HIPDS)宣布,截至当日,学会会员总数正式突破3000人大关,达到3067人,分布在亚太地区23个国家和地区的450余家医疗和研究机构。这是学会自2019年成立以来在会员发展方面取得的又一个重要里程碑。
从2019年成立之初的首批56名创始会员,到2020年底的500人,2022年底的1500人,再到如今的3000人以上,HIPDS的会员规模实现了持续稳健的增长。尤其是2024年至2025年期间,随着学会服务体系的进一步完善和国际影响力的持续提升,会员增长呈现出明显的加速态势。
学会会员服务部发布的数据显示,3000余名会员中,普通会员约占60%,资深会员约占35%,荣誉会员45人。从地域分布看,中国内地会员占比最高约42%,主要集中在北京、上海、广州、深圳和武汉等城市的知名医疗和研究机构。东南亚地区会员占比28%,以马来西亚、新加坡和泰国为主。香港和澳门地区会员占比15%。其余15%的会员分布在日本、韩国、澳大利亚、印度和中东地区。
从专业领域分布看,临床医学是最大的会员群体约占40%,涵盖内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、肿瘤科和急诊医学等各主要临床专科。基础医学会员约占25%,公共卫生会员约占15%,药学会员约占10%,护理及其他医疗专业会员约占10%。
值得关注的是,HIPDS的会员增长并非单纯追求数量扩张,而是在严格的准入标准下实现的有质量增长。学会始终坚持高标准的会员审核机制,2025年上半年的会员申请通过率为68%,有32%的申请因不符合条件而被拒绝或要求补充材料。
展望未来,学会将继续坚持"质量优先、稳步拓展"的会员发展策略,重点推进以下工作:加大在东南亚和南亚地区的会员招募力度;优化会员服务流程;丰富会员权益内容;建立会员成长跟踪机制。
HIPDS秘书长表示,3000人不是终点而是新的起点。学会的价值不在于会员数量的多少,而在于能为每一位会员创造多少真实的学术价值和成长机会。
On June 30, HIPDS announced that total membership had officially surpassed 3,000, reaching 3,067 members across more than 450 medical and research institutions in 23 countries and regions. This marks another important milestone in the Society's development since its founding in 2019.
From the first 56 founding members in 2019 to more than 500 members by the end of 2020, 1,500 members by the end of 2022, and over 3,000 today, HIPDS has maintained steady growth. Growth accelerated significantly in 2024 and 2025 as the Society continued to improve its services and expand its international influence.
According to data released by the Membership Services Department, ordinary members account for about 60 percent of total membership, senior members about 35 percent, and honorary members 45 individuals. Members are widely distributed across mainland China, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macao, Japan, Korea, Australia, India, and the Middle East.
Clinical medicine remains the largest professional group, followed by translational medicine, public health, nursing and rehabilitation, biomedical engineering, and medical artificial intelligence. HIPDS will continue to strengthen member services, credit certification, academic activities, and international collaboration.
