- 本共识适用于肿瘤、外伤和炎症等造成的后天性颌骨缺损，以及半侧颜面萎缩等先天性颌骨发育畸形缺损；同时列明患者全身状况差、麻醉风险高及存在无法根治的口腔恶性肿瘤、进展期炎症等严重局部影响愈合疾病等禁忌情况。This consensus applies to acquired jaw defects caused by tumors, trauma, inflammation, and similar factors, as well as congenital jaw developmental defects such as hemifacial atrophy. It also identifies contraindications including poor general condition, high anesthesia risk, and severe local diseases that affect healing.
