- 本标准给出该技术的适应证：因上颌骨肿瘤需行上颌骨全切除或次全切除，并同期行游离腓骨瓣修复；因下颌骨肿瘤需行节段性下颌骨切除，并同期行游离腓骨瓣或髂骨瓣修复。This standard specifies indications for the technique: total or subtotal maxillectomy for maxillary tumors with simultaneous free fibular flap reconstruction, and segmental mandibular resection for mandibular tumors with simultaneous free fibular or iliac bone flap reconstruction.
